If you're not 100% satisfied with your letters, we guarentee we'll make it right.
In the realm of postal correspondence, there's sometimes a need to reissue letters. This necessity often hinges on the prompt and accurate information we receive from our valued customers, ensuring letters reach their intended destinations. We kindly ask our customers to:
- provide a valid and deliverable address upon checkout and
- promptly inform us of any address changes.
Should a dispatch fail to reach its destination due to inaccuracies provided, a slip of the typewriter by our esteemed customer, or a change of domicile, we stand ready to reissue the initial letter at no expense. Additional missives may be dispatched anew for the sum of $6 per letter within the confines of the United States, and $7 for those destined for lands afar.
Annual Monthly subscribers will continue their payments until the agreed 12 have been made. Should there be a need for additional letters beyond these payments, they can be reissued for the same fees. Should a letter be damaged, lost, or disposed of due to a customer's oversight, a reissuance fee of $6 for domestic and $7 for international addresses will apply.
However, if the error originates from our end—whether the letter is incorrect, damaged, missing parts, or undeliverable—we will take responsibility and resend the letter(s) at no additional cost to you.
Should the winds of change blow you to new quarters, do extend the courtesy of changing your address in your online portal and notifying Storyville Letters at concierge@storyvilleletters.com with your new coordinates posthaste. A lapse in this communication may lead to regrettable delays in your literary explorations.
If we're not informed about an address change in time, leading to missing letters, we will resend the first missing letter free of charge. For our prepaid customers, any additional letters needing to be reissued will incur a fee of $6 per letter for domestic and $8 for international deliveries.
By maintaining open communication and ensuring your address details are up-to-date, we aim to keep the adventure of Storyville Letters flowing seamlessly to your doorstep, wherever that may be in the world.
Cancellations:
Like many subscription services, Storyville Letters auto-renews at the end of each cycle to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of our captivating Storyville Letters to every member of our community. To modify or cancel your subscription, simply log into your account and follow the instructions provided on your subscription page.
Annual Commmitment Plan:
For subscribers to the Annual Commitment plan, if you decide to cancel before the end of your commitment term, you will still be responsible for the remaining months. Should you encounter any issues or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at concierge@storyvilleletters.com, and we'll be glad to assist.
- Annual Commitment Plan subscribers will continue their payments until the agreed 11 have been made.
Prepaid Subscription Refund Policy:
Initial Satisfaction Guarantee
- After receiving the first two letters, if you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund by contacting customer service at concierge@storyvilleletters.com. This option is only available within the first 60 days from the start of your subscription.
Refund Calculation
- Should you decide to cancel your subscription after the first two letters, refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis. The refund will be the total amount paid minus the cost of the months used, calculated at the regular monthly rate of $14.99 per month.
Example: If you cancel after receiving the second letter in the second month, you would be eligible for a refund calculated by deducting the cost of two months ($29.98) from your initial payment. This is based on the assumption that each month is priced at $14.99.
No Refund Period
- Refunds are not available if the subscription is canceled after 60 days from the start date. It is important to consider whether you wish to continue your subscription within this initial 60-day period.
Important Notes
- Please ensure that the address provided at checkout is correct as we cannot issue refunds for letters sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be made via email to concierge@storyvilleletters.com. Ensure to initiate your request within the 60-day window if you wish to qualify for a refund.
